This Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to this website (the “Site”), which is owned and run by KRX Health LLC d/b/a PillowPH (“PillowPH”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we may collect from you at this Site and how we use and share such information. The Site is intended for a U.S. audience. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred or processed in the United States.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal health information that you may provide pursuant to any online services offered by us that may be accessible via a link from the Site or through a PillowPH mobile app. These services will require users to register and create an account with us and will be subject to separate terms, conditions and privacy policies.

  1. What Information Do We Gather?

    Information You Give Us. We may collect and retain any information from you or your devices provided to us when you visit our Site, including when you:

    As of the Effective Date listed above, there is no commonly accepted response for Do Not Track signals initiated by browsers. Therefore, we do not respond to such signals or to other mechanisms that provide the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information regarding your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services.

  6. How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?

    We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the information that you provide on this Site. Of course, despite these measures, no network or system is ever entirely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of networks and systems we operate or that are operated on our behalf.
